Personally, I get frustrated when a site takes forever to load. Or when I have to keep switching pages just to see more products. These might seem like minor issues, but they can be really annoying.
I also get irritated when I can’t filter through tons of products to find a category and see what’s likely to fit my needs and preferences. In my Magento store, I specifically focused on magento 2 sort by price and sorting by other parameters so that customers wouldn’t waste time searching for what they need.
